$50 Baylor -35 @ Buffalo
Stupid homer bet:
$50 TT -2 vs Arky
Lol no spread yet on the utsa/okie st game
Baylor when laying a 24 plus number on the road in the Art Briles era...have never failed to cover.
Beat Buffalo 70-13 last season at home. In 2010 34-6 but covered. 2007 won 34-21 but covered.
Have never failed to cover when favored by more than 24 on te road, have never failed to cover vs Buffalo.
Nothing else jumping out.
Georgia -5.5 @ South Carolina maybe.
Yeah, that spread really jumps out. I may put a benny on it.
Weird, is there something up with Okie State that would keep a line from being made?
Can't think of anything for UTSA.
dunno. I imagine a line of okie st around -20 to be up in the next day or so.
Ok found it.
Status of injury to OkSt's Walsh still unknown
Ah, thanks. That explains it.
Jeff Quinn was there coaching Buffalo last season so it appears Briles has no problems running it up on him. Yes we have seen coaches have a buddy on the other sideline and not........well you get it.
I have no problems seeing Baylor 55 Buffalo 10 at all.
Now I may bet Buffalo instead.
I keep looking at UCLA but something just seems off about that spread. It's like they are begging people to bet UCLA.
It's -13 1/2 for two of the sites.
Wow that just popped up.
if i get that line I'll put $50 on okie st even though they're begging everyone to take them.
I say -21 Okie St.
UTSA will definitely lose this one.
The line is Ok State -13'
Prob because their starting QB is out.
the Tech/Arkansas matchup is one of the games i wouldn't touch.
Normally I wouldn't either. That game could go four different ways.
Just playin it for funs
Houston +18 seems like a good deal. They only lost to BYU by 1 last year and bring back the majority of their team--that defense is no joke. Their problem vs UTSA was their o-line which hopefully has improved with two games under their belt. Think they were trying to implement two P5 transfers in there. I put $50 on them.
Also put $35 on on North Texas. Only lost once at Apogee Stadium the past two years (UTSA) but La Tech did just have a pretty impressive win at UL-Lafayette so its really a toss-up.
