They need to fix their schemes first. Glennon's not good, but he should be able to be pretty decent with Tampa's current personnel. If the Bucs have a chance to get a dominant edge-rusher, they absolutely need to go for that first. Simply put, their defense has no chance without one.

Thought Adrian Clayborn would be that guy. But as you know...he's out for the year. I agree with you that Tampa's schemes are ...but if your QB (offense in general) goes 3 and out everytime...The Pittsburgh Steelers' "Steel Curtain" would still lose games. And I don't see Mike Glennon as the long term franchise type...
