I usually don't read his posts.
They are usually filled with inaccuracies so if you are concerned with the facts as you claim you should start reading them.

It's pretty much why I am comfortable just reposting the take each new page after he spams. There is no point in arguing with stupid.
Why are you so uncomfortable reposting and discussing your take on Brown being shot in the back and then killed execution style with hands up surrendering? And why are you so uncomfortable reposting and discussing the autopsy report you cited that was done by unlicensed man?

I just stumbled on this amazing breakdown of facts on how everything unfolded during the shooting.

We have now digested several thousand hours of assembled video -and still imagery- of the scene around the Mike Brown shooting. Here is what the physical evidence is showing so far. (all images can be made larger simply by clicking on them)

Thank You to everyone who continues to research and wade through everything to find the facts.

First it’s important to gain an understanding of the geography. We have selected some common names and nicknames to attribute to particular places, people and venues. Here is a general map to help understand the who’s, what’s and where’s:

To make things easier to explain we are going to summarize that Canfield Dr. runs East and West. Areas to the top of the images are North, and areas below Canfield are South.
Mike Brown and Dorian Johnson were travelling East on Canfield Drive. Officer Wilson was travelling West. Brown and Johnson were essentially walking down the center of the street.
At some point Mike and Dorian crossed paths with Officer Wilson. And, according to all statements from Dorian as well as Wilson as relayed by his friend “Josie”, Officer Wilson slowed down as he passed and told them to get out of the street and on to the sidewalk.
Wilson then began to continue headed West. According to Johnson, the officer stopped, reversed quickly and engaged them again. According to “Josie” this is because the description of two males involved in a strong-armed robbery came through the radio and Wilson noted the two he just passed fit the profile.

As Wilson reversed he passed Brown and Johnson, then turning his steering wheel slightly counter clockwise he cut them off, blocking their path – leaving his SUV essentially diagonal to the center line. (His front bumper facing essentially North, and the rear of his SUV facing South).
At this point a confrontation takes place. I’ll skip the he said / he said and just relay the evidence. Something happened at the vehicle – all accounts verify some sort of struggle ensued, punches were thrown while Wilson was seated (or shoved) back into the vehicle, and a struggle for the officers firearm took place.
At least one shot was fired at this point.
This is a critical juncture, because this is where the physical evidence comes into play.
As you can see there is a brass s casing next to the Driver Door of Wilson’s SUV. [*update* this item might be a bracelet - under review]

If s casing(s) this would indicate at least one shot being fired. Additionally you can see the St Louis Cardinal ball cap belonging to “Big Mike” Brown, and what appears to be a package of cigars, or an overturned slide sandal, toward the curbing.
Here is another aspect of the same area:

In the above image note the side view mirror bent forward possibly as part of the struggle at the drivers side. In addition to the three evidence cones at the vehicle you can also see three evidence marking cones in the distance.
(*NOTE* Telephoto lenses can play tricks on distance).

The three evidence markers at the SUV are for (1) the brass s casing *or bracelet*, (2) the ballcap, and (3) the cigar/sandal. Here’s another perspective:

And pulling back further you can still see them as indicated:

But where is the vehicle in relationship to the Body of Mike Brown ?
For orientation and perspective here’s another overhead map:

Now you might ask what’s the yellow trajectory line of a bullet for ?
Well, there was a bullet recovered from the just above the Ground Floor Window in that building.

Two of the siding panels were removed by police to get the bullet from the wall just above the window:

And if you zoom in on this image taken by local media you can see the location again:

And if you zoom in on this image taken by local media you can see the location again:

Again, so we can provide orientation without getting too lost here is the primary overview so you can judge distances and scale:

And again with vehicle and location of Big Mike’s body: (two perspectives)

If the image is a s casing -at the drivers door- this could be the bullet located just above the ground floor window. We can think of no reason for Wilson to fire in that direction once both he and Big Mike were in direct line of sight and opposition to each other (the blue line above).
The most reasonable explanation for the bullet striking the building was that being the shot fired while the struggle for the firearm was taking place.

Witness Piaget Crenshaw lives in the apartment as noted just North of Canfield Dr. Directly between the location of Wilson’s SUV and Mike Brown’s body.
Looking out from her balcony to the right she would see this:

[*Note*:Tiffany Mitc took this photo from Piaget Crenshaw's apartment of officer Darren Wilson's SUV].
Turning left from Piaget Crenshaw’s balcony she would capture this image:

Notice the evidence cones in the picture above, just South of Big Mike’s body. Remember what I said about telephoto lenses causing optical distortions?
Here’s how those same three cones appear from the distance shot of Darren Wilson’s SUV:
    Again, perspective matters:
We have identified a total of seven evidence cones: One is a hat, one is a pack of cigars/sandal, and one is at least one s casing at the drivers door (*or a bracelet), the other 4 we are unsure about.
One of the markers is about mid-way between the SUV and Big Mike’s body.
We can surmise, based on the number of identified shots in the autopsy, some of those markers are additional s casings from Wilson firing rounds toward an approaching (all frontal) Big Mike.
We’ll expand on the location of the people next, the “high profile” witnesses who have made numerous media rounds. Suffice to say their individual statements don’t come anywhere close to matching the totality of known physical evidence so far. Except for one recorded statement.
    One accidentally recorded account.
We call this the “hidden witness” or the “Black Canseco” video because it we picked up on it early – and, so far, this testimonial has withstood scrutiny.
You should listen to it carefully and make up your own mind.
Essentially the witness is saying a fight took place at the SUV, a shot was heard, Big Mike took off running, the officer gave chase, big Mike turned and came back toward the officer, and despite several initial shots – Big Mike kept coming which surprised the witness.
Again for perspective this video was taken on the South side of the street – the witness testimonial is given from the same side.

Big Mike’s body just to the right, Officer Wilson’s SUV down the road to the left. Reference the map again and follow along with the enhanced transcription:

This is an enhanced transcription to the eye witness account located in the background of the Black Canseco U-Tube Video #6 above.
So far all of the physical evidence supports this account.
Witness #1 perception was that the police officer was a bad shot, because Big Mike kept coming at the police officer (listen to the surprised tone/dismay of the witness as he shares his account, as well as the words he is saying).
6:05-6:11 WITNESS 2: They ran right past me as I was goin..coming out the house… the dude with the dred…
    6:11 INQUIRER/WITNESS 2: I went back in. [talks over the next line/inquirer]
    6:12 INQUIRER: What about him?
6:13 WITNESS 1: That’s the one that ran behind this way here, ’cause he ran up there where we was at, where we live at.
6:18 WITNESS 2: When I came back outside, all I seen was the police …the truck, the dudes, I don’t know what happened.
6:26 INQUIRER: Whose hat is that right there?
    WITNESS 1: That’s HIS hat.
6:30 INQUIRER: How did he get from there to here?
6:33 WITNESS 1: Cause he ran. The police was still in the truck.
6:35 INQUIRER: They came this way?
6:37 WITNESS 1: Naw… the police was still in the truck..
6:38 WITNESS 1: Dude was like, I don’t know, runnin this way with his hands fightin to get in that truck …
INQUIRER: Why his body come this way though? [Talking over the below witness statement]
6: 42 WITNESS 1: Yeah, Him and the police was in the truck. They was fighting over the truck right now?
6:47 WITNESS 1: But then he ran. The police got out and ran after him.
6:50 WITNESS 1: The next thing I know, he coming back towards the police.
6:53 WITNESS 1: The police had his gun drawn already.
6:55 INQUIRER: Oh, The police shot the gun ? (background)
6:57 WITNESS 1: Yeah, the police shot him…The police kept dumpin’ it.
7:00 WITNESS 1: I’m thinking that the police missing, like he’s like coming toward the police.
    7:05 WITNESS 1: I’m thinkin’ like, there’s more comin’.
    [chatter]
7:09 WITNESS 1: The police fired shots, The next thing I know, I think he’s missing!
7:12 INQUIRER: The police shot this dude?
7:14 WITNESS 1: The Police shot him.
    7:16 WITNESS 1: Next thing I know, I think he’s missin!
7:18 WITNESS 1: Then the dude started running, coming toward the police.
    …..[chatter]
8:18 WITNESS 3: I’m tellin you, I heard like, I heard like 8 shots. It was like 4 and then it was like 4 more.
8:24 WITNESS 3: It was like, pop pop pop pop pop and then it stopped for a minute
    pop pop pop.
8:27 WITNESS 1 talking to WITNESS 3: The police was like…After how many times you heard that,
8:30 the police was like at least 10 yards away from this dude, and I’m thinking that…
    The dude was still standing.
8:32 WITNESS 1: I’m thinkin that he was missing him!
8:35 WITNESS: but he kept coming towards him.
8:40 WITNESS 1: Then the other dude Broke off running.
    8:44 WITNESS 1: His Partner ran through…
    [chatter]
8:47 WITNESS 1: His partner ran through here man
You might have to listen several times to train your ear to hear only the speakers, or to segregate out what they are saying from other background noise (and the narrator). Headphones help significantly when listening/reading.
And here’s something we feel is important leading to a greater understanding of conflicting witness testimonials.

EVERYONE who has given a differing account than what is heard in the Black Canseco video was together in the Grassy Knoll area when the media arrived.
All of the eye-witnesses who have given the alarming testimony of Mike Brown being gunned down while hand’s up in surrender – were all physically located together before giving their initial statements.
Indeed many, if not all, of their initial statements were first given to media as the rest of the group listened.
Everyone who has said Big Mike had his “hands up” or anything related to “hands up, don’t shoot” – were all clustered together in a parking lot just West of Piaget’s apartment

Tiffany Mitc , Piaget Crenshaw, Michael Brady and Dorian Johnson were all in the same geographic location along with a guy named Anthony Shahid; as was Lesley McSpadden, Big Mike’s mom.
When the media arrived all of these witnesses were together in that area.
This is what it looks like below. This is the grassy knoll area. This is where they gave their initial accounts to the media:

Anthony Shahid is the guy in the green shirt standing behind Dorian Johnson

    Seen again here:

    And again HERE

And again HERE – As they were all assembled:

But Anthony Shahid is no simple guy in a green shirt. Oh no.
This guy is a lifetime card carrying member of the PROFESSIONAL Black Grievance Industry in/around Saint Louis, or in more polite terms “he’s an activists’ activist”:

Lesley McSpadden, mother of slain Michael Brown, (left) and activist Anthony Shahid lead the protest by asking everyone to put their hands up on Sunday evening, Aug. 10, 2014, in Ferguson, at the start of the prayer vigil. Photo by J.B. Forbes, [email protected]
Anthony Shahid, “the activist”, likes to wear a police style hat!
“The police hat: “I wear the police hat because the police are killing us – and because we need to see more black police leaders.” (link)

You have seen him with every witness who was also on the Grassy Knoll immediately following the shooting. Now watch Anthony Shahid begin the “Hand’s Up, Don’t Shoot” mantra:Literally on the scene, with Big Mike Brown’s mom at his knees in grief – you see the origin of the montra begin. And so it continued……You can see what he’s been up to since – CLICK HEREWe’ll get deeper into the “eye witness” accounts later – but for now the general outline of the physical evidence, in relationship to the subjective accounts, all align in a particular direction.

Summary: Physical evidence seems to contradict the claims of the highly publicized eye witnesses and the attorney’s of Mike Brown’s family – Daryl Parks and Benjamin Crump. The physical evidence seems to support the “Josie” account of a confrontation and a charging Big Mike, including the Autopsy. The only way Daryl Parks audio recording can be accurate is if it’s incomplete. All of the “eye witnesses” speaking on behalf of the Parks and Crump team, were physically together after the shooting as the media arrived and all in conversation with a notorious activist Anthony Shahid. All located on the North side of the street in the grassy knoll. All of the non-grassy knoll witnesses contradict the statements given by those witnesses who stood around Green Shirt guy Anthony Shahid while awaiting the media and police. What are the odds ?

This guy is great. Gives the nazi a page or so of racial guilt stupidity because of his name and even a wiley snake can verify this flaglot argument.

Here is the cops saying 35 feet. That is what I have also said before because it's an official statement.

Here are two pics from the day of the shooting indicating where the cop car and the corpse were. The link a the bottom has a lot more angles and explains in more detail. These are just the barebones of his argument.

Brown got brained about 3 times as far away from the cop car then the police's official statement.

Fresh new page. Lets get back on topic and stop trying to claim either internet sleuths accounts as facts because to do so is just silly. So Wilson testified in front of the grand jury for four hours with no lawyer present, looks like he has nothing to hide.

    http://m.stltoday.com/news/local/cri...ile_touch=true

CLAYTON • Ferguson police Officer Darren Wilson testified here for almost four hours Tuesday in front of the St. Louis County grand jury investigating his shooting Aug. 9 of Michael Brown, a source with knowledge of the investigation said Wednesday.

Wilson was not obligated to appear, and also has spoken with St. Louis County investigators twice and federal investigators once, the source said. The source said Wilson was “cooperative.”
A spokesman for Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch’s office, Ed Magee, refused to comment Wednesday on who had testified.

The shooting of Brown, 18, who was black and unarmed, by Wilson, who is white, gave rise to racially charged protests and looting. Some activists have threatened more of the same if the grand jury does not indict Wilson.

Police have said that Brown struggled with Wilson before being shot. Brown’s family and some witnesses have said Brown was surrendering when he died. Others who have spoken publicly said it was not clear what Brown was doing when he turned toward Wilson after fleeing from their initial encounter.

McCulloch has pledged to present every witness and every shred of evidence to let the grand jurors independently decide whether to indict Wilson, without the prosecutor making a recommendation. Magee has said that prosecutors will help witnesses navigate legal issues.

Veteran defense attorney John Rogers, who is not involved in this case, said Wednesday, “It’s unusual but not unheard of for a prosecutor to extend an invitation” for the target of an investigation to testify to a grand jury. He said he had rarely allowed it.

Witnesses cannot take their attorneys inside the grand jury chamber, although the witnesses may interrupt the proceedings to go outside for a consultation.

“You don’t always want to preview what your defense would be at such an early stage,” Rogers explained. He added, “I would only consider allowing my client to testify at a grand jury proceeding if I was convinced that the prosecutor presenting the evidence to the (grand jury) was convinced that his testimony would help them reach the decision not to indict.”
Attorney Chet Pleban, who is not part of this case but has represented a number of accused police officers, said that sworn grand jury testimony could be used in any state or federal prosecution, potentially exposing the witness to damaging questions.

“The problem in this case is, one way or the other, his story had to be told in order for this grand jury to know what was in his mind,” Pleban said. “And I don’t know any way to accomplish that other than to have him testify.”

Wilson must convince grand jurors that he acted in reasonable fear of death or serious injury, Pleban said, “And he’s pretty much the only one that can do that.”

Evidence is being presented to a grand jury that was empaneled before the shooting, with a term recently extended at the prosecutor’s request to Jan. 7. At one point, McCulloch had predicted a decision in October.
The pace remains uncertain, but Tiffany Mitc , a witness to the shooting who has spoken publicly about what she saw, has not yet been subpoenaed, her attorney, Peter Cohen, said Wednesday.
McCulloch took the rare step of having audio recordings and a transcript made of the secret proceedings, with a promise to release them publicly if there is no indictment. Magee acknowledged that opening the material would require an order from a judge, who could say no.

Jim Cohen, an associate professor of law at Fordham University, told the Post-Dispatch last month that grand jury material had rarely been made public anywhere, even to scholars researching historical cases. He also worried that fear of being publicly identified might inhibit witnesses.

Magee said McCulloch’s office had talked about the potential effect on witnesses “a little bit” and “it’s still being discussed.” He said prosecutors could decide to withhold witness names, especially those who are not police officers and may have particular safety issues.

He said the names of the grand jurors would not be made public, and it was unclear whether do ents would be released that necessarily would carry the foreperson’s signature.

Magee said the timing of the announcement of the grand jury’s decision, once it’s made, was “still being discussed.”
McCulloch urged on Aug. 13 that “anyone and everyone” with relevant information come forward. He said then: “Absolutely everything will be presented to the grand jury, every scrap of paper that we have, every photograph that was taken, every bit of physical evidence that has been gathered, every video clip, anything that we can get.”
“Every witness who has anything at all to say will be presented to the grand jury,” he promised.

McCulloch has delegated management of the grand jury to two assistants: Kathi Alizadeh and Sheila Whirley. Alizadeh, who is white, is a homicide prosecutor with 27 years of experience. Whirley, who is black, has the grand jury assignment, with 18 years of experience.
