I do think he's a great coach, but he seems like Larry Brown, where his teams get tired of him(and vice versa) after a few years..

Well that was the main reason why I assume SanFran was a declining team a couple of years ago. I really don't think Jim has what it takes to win a le. His brother is much more even-keeled. I think Jim's at ude worked well because the 9ers were a talented team that needed some fire. But I honestly thought he was really childish, and if he didn't get a ring, people were going to quit on him. I have no idea if that's begun to happen yet, but I imagine it will if the team doesn't turn it around soon.
