Who was the best of the big 3 of the 90s? By best, I dont mean popularity, I mean you'd toss her salad type deal. I know there are many more but these 3 really ruled that decade.
I gotta go with Cindy man, shes seriously underrated. She looks like now but holy her prime was a level untouched.
