TMZ broke the divorce story ... including the fact that Amber wants the prenup enforced. We're told it's because she will get more money in her 1-year-marriage than she would without a prenup.
Cheating is IRRELEVANT ... California is a no-fault state and there's no mention of infidelity in the do ent.
Likewise ... the prenup does not mention custody, and for good reason -- the judge always makes that decision, based on the best interests of the child. Amber is asking for full legal and physical custody

I ed 2 black girls in my entire life. They had no idea how racist I actually am deep down inside and kept saying they love non black guys. It was hilarious because one of them didnt tell me she had a kid, she was only 22 and her 3 year old walked in and said,"mamma Im hungry." One of my ex's got married and had a kid 2 years after we broke up. She was easily the best ass I've ever gotten till this day, I mean this girl would wake me up at 5 am giving me head and swallow and go back to sleep. She just had too much drama and I didnt end up marrying her because marriage is for bustas.
Anyhow, I never around with married girls, i have more respect than that. But they were divorcing, the dude had always told her he hated me because she would compare me to him a lot. I was going to medical school at the time and her husband was a degenerate drug addict. He always told her he's not a little like me and he wont put up with her , mind you I left her and he married her but I'm the little that put up with her .
She called me up and told me he cheated on her and they were in the process of divorcing and he is living at his moms now and has no car. She was super pissed and wanted me to come over and her every which way for revenge. So I did. Afterwards we fell asleep for 30 mins and I was awoken by her son. He walked in and slept next to me and hugged me and said,"DADDY!" in excitement. She woke up laughing and said just play along because he might tell her actual ex and he will be pissed. It was dark in the room and this kid is only 3 years old so I just played along. She kissed his cheek and said sleep next to us. I whispered that I was gonna get the out now.
On my drive home, I realized this girl just kissed her son on the cheek and she was sucking my a few moments before.
Needless to say I got the out of there and went home. Later that week the dude added me on FB as an indirect threat and said we should be friends. I am pretty sure thats the worst thing ive ever done in my life.
