Jimbo, or any owner, ultimately deserves blame because buck stops with them. They sign the checks. Yes, the Suns over-paid for Bledsoe and are rolling out pretty much the exact same team as last year minus Frye. Cant say theres anything really to be excited about there.
But the Lakers' situation is much more humorous.

This ain't New York where they would tolerate a ty ball club for long. They've had the good fortune of great front office and luck going their way all these years. I just get the feeling that they'd be back in the hunt in 2-3 years. LA is the biggest draw for the NBA and Silver isn't dumb enough to overlook that.
