Lakers in 2009-2010 was no dynasty but when they lost Ariza they got artest. that kind of move cuban could have made but he wanted "to keep the powder dry". They are in good shape now and i think can make someplayoff noise but they still bungled their le defense.
Side note: To be fair, dirk lost some hunger after he rang ...lost some fire. I think he wasnt in top shape due to the strike and not wanting it as bad as he did before. he admitted to being "fatigued" after that june and it showed.
