Jennifer Cramblett was five months pregnant and happy with her life in April 2012. She and her partner had married months earlier in New York, and within days of their nuptials she had become pregnant with donor sperm at a fertility clinic in Canton.
Cramblett, 36, and her partner, Amanda Zinkon, 29, were so elated that they called Midwest Sperm Bank LLC outside Chicago to reserve sperm from the same donor in the hope that Zinkon would someday also have a child.
But that’s when Cramblett received some disturbing news, says a lawsuit filed Monday against Midwest Sperm Bank in Cook County, Illinois. She learned from an employee at the sperm bank that she had been inseminated with sperm from No. 330, a black donor, and not No. 380, a white donor she and Zinkon, who are white, had chosen.

I can totally understand her being pissed for not getting what she paid for, and she should sue them for negligence. But she's making it too big of a deal out of this. She apparently thinks her entire family should be en led to therapy so that they can cope with a having a mixed baby in their lives. She also wants to be relocated to a city more accepting of black babies.
She comes off as a hypocritical bigot when she says that she's upset that he daughter will have to fend off bullies making fun of her ethnicity. Yeah, like having two mothers wasn't going to be an issue.
I love her unconditionally, but I need therapy to cope with her skin color.
Truth nuke. News flash , you are gay. That's gets a lot more discriminatory heat in our society than a white woman having black kids.
Sounds like she got knocked up by a black guy but can't admit it her to her white wife, so she is blaming the clinic instead.
These two talk about Uniontown like it's Philadelphia, Mississippi or something. It's not that rural. It's right in between Akron and Canton, which is a pretty built-up area. It's very white but hardly a sundown town or whatever.

When you order something online and it doesn't come exactly how you wanted it, you would try to send it back for the right item/color or whatever. Why is this any different? If said woman wanted a white kid, giver her one.

No kidding here. I didn't say she doesn't deserve compensation for such an epic up, I was just relating how I thought it could sound to the kid.
