^In the 70's they'd freeze frame the introduction at different junctures, and I thought that was the cat's meow, but, the NBC lasers were tops.
TNT and NBA TNT is fine.
ABC sucks

Mehhh is my response. The NBC and CBS teams are so "old now" who says they coudl do a better job? I actually would love to see improvement in regional coverage, especially if I buy LP.
How about all games in HD like the NFL? Even some of the stations that say they broadcast in HD have crappy feeds. If this deal gets me games in 1080p and eventually 4k then, cool. Also an a la carte package (similar to the pick 5 package on NBALPB) or single team options would be the way to go. Ticket offices for teams sell smaller packages all the time.
I also wish NBA marketing would do things like the simple piano backed sumper imposed highlights ...or the Kanye West backed "it's amazing" campaign. That was the best marketing I had seen since those it's FAN_tastic promos from back in the day,

The voice over guy saying "you're watching the NBA on the NBC" was epic.
The CBS one from the mid-80's ain't bad either:::
Funny:
1) No dollar figures mentioned when it is surely in the multi-billions
2) No lockout when white jews deal with white jews

And let's face it, the Knicks came out more physically beaten from the EC; they were not injured, but their run took a toll; 2 phycical, seven game series against Chicago and Indiana.
In comparison, Portland , Phoenix and Utah were soft tissues
