Flipper Anderson vs Deion Sanders

Only talking about this here because Flippers son is now playing college ball.

It was a Rams vs Falcons game back when they were in the same division. Deion is man on man with Anderson, twice in the game Flipper blew right by Sanders, totally burned the "shutdown" corner to score.

Flipper Anderson was fast!

Deion was a 10.26 guy while at FSU, pretty much on natural ability. He wasn't too serious about track.

I remember a Rams-Saints game in 1989 on ESPN Sunday Night Football where Flipper had over 300 yards receiving and helped the Rams come back from a 17-3 deficit in the 4th to win in OT 20-17. That game effectively knocked Flipper out of the playoff race.
