There is no team in the NFL that has performed as well as the Colts in that "spot" They are 10-1 straight up and 9-1 ATS. In away games 6-1. Coming off a win as they are...6-0. Vs the division...5-1
There hasn't been any team so far this season with numbers that strong in whatever "spot" they were in that week.
Andrew Luck has won and covered his last 8 division games, all of them in 2013 and the two so far this season.
Andrew Luck has owned Houston the last three times he has faced them...
27-24 cover
25-3 cover
28-16 cover
Houston is 1-3 straight up and 1-3ATS on Thursday nights.
I can't ignore those kinds of numbers/trends. Now add the Andrew Luck vs Ryan Fitzpatrick factor. We are staring at a 29-3 trend favoring Indy in this "spot'.
I am a bit leary about going against the home team on Thursday nights and if the Colts didn't have all those overwelming amount off reasons to do so I wouldn't. I'll roll the dice and lay the 2.5, 110 to win 100.
So who is going the other way and why?
In case you're curious the Arizona Cardinals are the only team to have lost all their Thursday games and ATS, going 0-4 in both. They play in St Louis late in the season.

So you're curious about your Steelers on Thursday nights.
Well for one they are the best team in the league in October since 2004 going 63-28, no team has won more games in Oct. They are a great 56-34ATS.
On Thursday...7-6SU/6-6ATS. There is no role they really shine in there.
They are 12-7 as a HF on MNF.
so much for this got not starting threads, cant even keep his word. someone ban him forreal
It's not my fault your re ed ass follows a suck team ya little .
Youre flooding the board with your ty takes got. gtfo.
So tell us all again about how Kelvin Benjamin is a bust ya dumb .
So who is taking Houston plus the points?
compare his stats when he has a real QB
This is what you said...dude is gonna be the biggest bust in this years WR classso own it , oh yes you have some great takes ya ing fabggot.
tell me my reasons
I don't give a about your reasons, I told you he'd be just fine so .... you!
Is he a bust..... no, so you were 100% wrong ya little .
read my reasons got
Kicking around an obvious idiot like a Jags fan is melting down, hahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!
Read mine as to why you were full of as we are seeing.
do explain
do...suck a ... .
Let's make tonights game interesting.
Let's wager 30 days self bannishment...ok? Other than one post a week to play our bets.
So who has Houston plus the points and a pair of balls?
I'm leaving now, so forget that little wager.
The leading passer in the league right now vs Ryan Fitzpatrick??? How could anyone back the Texans in this "spot"...?
Be back Saturday sometime.
I was watching the game at a bar up at Springville, at 24 to nothing I left and headed up the mountain. I had this one in the bag. I got to the cabin with about 4 minutes to go in the game.....are you ing kidding me? How many 20 points leads can I lose in five weeks?
Thank you Andre and Ryan.
Now next Thursday it's...
Jets at Pats
After the Jets lose to Denver the line will be what.....12/13? I've sworn off messing with those kinds of numbers regardless of who is involved.
So 14-14 and will play
SD-7...Philip Rivers is playing better than any QB in league right now vs a team that has lost what 30 (kidding) in a row?
NYG + 3....the dog in this series is 16-3 in the last 19. The Eagles are a weak HF's and have o line problems.
Denver - 9.5...Peyton Manning vs Geno Smith, boy that's a tuff one.
Cinncy - 6.5....the old "good team coming off a road loss back at home"...the Pats a perfect example of that. The Bengals 8-1 as HF's in the last nine.
Might pull the trigger on the Niners minus the number if I hit on those.
