how did she not know he slipped off the condom? so maybe there's more to the story. either way women struggle with accountability and the law respects this, so I imagine he'll pay for it.
Looking at it in the short term will definitely cost him in the long run. Hopefully, the lady does not go psycho and decide to have the kid so he would be on the hook for 18 years. Plus, wage garnishment for child support would look shameful at work too.
