I think they did run Beast mode into the ground, tbh. He doesn't look nearly as beastly this year as years past.
they underused the out of Lynch against Dallas, I said that myself several times last week, and it cost them
They gave him plenty of work today, 18 carries but he only turned it into 53 yards. they tried featuring him in the first half, but ended up facing 3rd and long quite a few times. in the second half wilson took over and they damn near came back.
last couple of seasons, Lynch had 301 and 315 carries. that's a healthy load... on the other hand Murray is currently on pace for 427 carries, which is an absurd amount. would smash the record for carries in a season.

i agree. but it doesn't change my point. that game was close most of the way through, and the seahawks even held a lead for a good chunk of the game. during that time they should have been pounding lynch, especially when he was doing well on a per carry basis. had they given lynch something closer to 20 carries they probably would have won
still, its a telling stat that the cowboys are leaning on the run more than the seahawks ever have during the wilson/lynch era
