    i don't know, i've seen him drop so much that i have 0 faith in him to perform in the post season.. also, he can gain separation only thanks to gronk getting double teams and even quadruple teams in the red zone.. dobson otoh has 0 problems gaining separation..

    He's improved but it's been cancelled out by the talent around him declining or being injured. On the 49er forums the common excuse is "It's only Kaepernick's 2nd Season". In reality he has 39 games & Wilson came into the league with superior progression, pocket presence and ability to read defenses pre-snap and during the play. Because Wilson played at Top notch Universities. Kaepernick played at a tiny school running a gimmicky offense.

    The other bias filled take I hear from 49er fans is that Seahawk head coaching isn't forcing Wilson to progress as a pocket passer. That if his first reads isn't available, he tucks and runs. And that 49er coaching is forcing Kaepernick to improve within the pocket. I'm not buying this crap though.


    Sidenote: Fk scheduling this game on Thanksgiving. Unless you are dating a 49er/Seahawks fan, it causes problems.

    yeah, Rivera is a solid 3rd TE... he's smooth/natural, but he lacks size/speed and isn't a good blocker. we need a TE and one of my FA hopes is Cobb as well
