The USA seems to have a ed up perspective when it comes to "race", how do you decide if a mixed baby is more hispanic than white and that kind of things? I mean you mofos care way too much about the color of your skin... Blacks vs Whites, Asians vs Blacks, everyone vs Arabs... But wait who is benefiting from pitting "races" against each other? I have an idea but that's just me...
Whites believe in 1 Drop rule. The only time I've heard "White-Hispanic" used is in reference to Spaniards. I'm not sure how/why USA uses the term. I tend to believe it's to avoid the reality of the shrinking White American population
I have only heard it in reference to Gerorge ZImmerman. And they used it in his case, so they could make that all out to be white vs. black.
