Spurs star Tim Duncan added 14 points and 13 rebounds for his 14th double-double in a season opener, the most by any player in NBA history, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.
Didn't think it was worthy of starting a thread so i'll put it here. Damn, the records keep piling up for Mr Duncan! GOAT
Who was that poster who said Spurs cant just flip a switch?
We won a ship with Fatbadass Bobo, they couldn't win a game with this guy...
Nice picture.
big 3 carried us tonight. Dallas was the best team we played last year in the playoffs and they got better. They are so much better with chandler on the floor.
WTF? Parsons was 2-10, 1-4 from downtown.
Looking at the box, I was amazed that we shot 53% and 50% from long. Was Tyson Chandler that ineffective? He should be able to protect the rim, enabling their defenders to play our shooters.

In the Tony interview he said Patty will be back around December/January.... Interesting
We get rings, beat Dallas, Lakers get destroyed. A perfect NBA night!
great to see the ball movement this early, especially with how disinterested everyone looked in pre season.
can't wait for a little time to get everyone back in shape
Only P's and A's lodge the injury card.
Any picture of the ring the fans got?
great to see Spurs back. caught the game earlier but gonna watch some of the replay.
"Big win tonight, wow what a journey ! Let's have another great season this year !!!"

Tony just needs one more for that ring finger to complete the hand.

Great pic!
Great to see them get their rings, but they also got lucky they won the game despite being short handed. That Dallas team though is gonna be tough to beat in a 7 game playoff series, they have enough this year on that roster to make the Finals but so does Thunder, Clippers and of course Spurs. So Spurs will have to really bring it for the playoffs if they want to repeat, they have enough to do it.
This
Spurs shoot 50% on 3Gs, 14/28, win by 1 pt.
No Kawhi or Splitter. Defense was non existent at times with those two not on the floor last night.
