Obviously its just a game and it is meaningless in the big picture, but you gotta admit even Cavs fans are worried. Here are a few quotes from realcavsfans

    http://realcavsfans.com/community/in....44974/page-39

That's the biggest issue I have with tonight. LeBron will play his rare bad game from time to time. That's fine. But that's not why we lost this game.

We lost because we lacked energy and put up no effort at all on the defensive end. Effort has nothing to do with not playing together. It has everything to do with being lazy. We were extremely lazy on defense tonight. No excuse for that. No matter how bad the offense played, a better defensive effort wins the game.
My fears came true from this game, we're just not a good defensive team. No one outside of Lebron was contesting shots. Kevin Love looked pathetic on the defensive end.
After last seasons opener I thought we were headed for 45 wins. I'm gonna hold any judgment off of this game. Only comment I have is no one on the team contests shots. LeBron kinda stood around on defense and Love was worried about rebounds. Increased effort there and we'll be good.
As soon as we lost the lead, it was just a nervy game all throughout.

    1. James played as poorly as he could and showed zero explosiveness. Even as poorly as we played, an average James leads us to a win because this Knicks team is terrible.

James was just tying to be too cute with pocket passes and probing and such. The Knicks doubled him every time off of pick and rolls and he didn't do anything with it. He didn't rebound a one played defense without any energy. Just a terrible homecoming game, but I doubt we see him play this poorly again. Towards the end of the game, he was making quicker decisions with the ball and jus playing and played better. At no point did we just spread the floor and let James drive and kick to shooters. When not in the play, he was inactive in the corner.

    2. The offense was super slow and just didn't know what to do once the game got nervy. Ball movement was completely non existent. We didn't see many James-Love pick and roll/pops, KI-Love pick and pops, KI-James pick and rolls, good sets, anything. We didn't get many stops after the first quarter but even when we did, we never ran other than when Love would tennis an outlet. Need to remedy hat ASAP.

    3. Rebounding wasn't special at all although Love was Love. Love played well overall and probably should have gotten more shots but the offense was so damn slow, shots were few and far between.

    4. KI was good on offense and probably could have gotten to the line/basket 7-8 more times if we had to ether way. When we saw that LBJ was completely out of it, we should have allowed KI to go after it.

    5. The defense. Wow. I don't think many will argue that at NO point did I feel confident in a stop. None. The only guy who brought defensive energy was Delladova who was really good out there AND his shot looked pure. We really have no defense if James isn't goig to cause some havoc but his hands were full with Anthony.

    6. Do we only have 8 guys on the roster? We had no bench at all.

    7. Knicks made a bunch if BS shots TBH. Smith with two step backs with hands in his face, A y with a fadeaway, Acy with a basket interference, Prigioni with a 30 foot chuck, etc.

Blatt HAS a lot of work to do, and until we gel, James has to be James.

i think Cavs will be fine but I do think there are some real issues compared to the juggernaut Riley put together. granted, making a sales pitch with Miami is much, much easier than Cleveland.

Problem with the Cavs is they have a Zionist head coach. Zionists don't play defense, they look to steal more and more land by force. They don't know how to participate in a league where there is parity, only one where they have an overwhelming advantage in which they can occupy and subjugate the minority with bombs to kill as many civilians as possible in order to make said minority population "surrender". Apartheid is an outdated approach, yet racist Zionists like Blatt know no other way.

Cavs will be fine tbh. They'll get better as they continue to play together, and Lebron will not have many terrible games like he had tonight. They'll still win the East by default.

Almost as funny as Laker fans thinking people would come there as FA's and that LA would be a playoff team
