@ Jason_Higdon: DB Coach Chris Vaughn from Texas is FLAT out getting after it on the recruiting trail. On NSD it will all be worth it for Texas fans
Inside information?! I sure hope he's right.

UT -3.5
Seems too easy...
For that that don't know what's going on, after the Ole Miss loss last night, Ketch decides to tweet "people in Mississippi haven't been this upset since the segregation of public schools." Problem is he completely botches his own joke by saying "segregation" instead of "de-segregation." Needless to say he gets a bunch of people pissed off and even the Ole Miss AD gets involved. Really funny stuff.
24/7 reported yesterday that DT Daylon Mack was at the Baylor game.
He's the lead recruiter for Burt, so keeping him would be nice.
His commitment to Aggy is definitely wavering.
Mahomes should have got down
lol longhorn superfans who didn't even go to school there
OrangeBloods reporting TE Will Gragg of Dumas, AR will visit UT with his family the first weekend of December.
Early visitor list for the West Virginia game, per 24/7:
Commits:
2015 QB Zach Gentry, Eldorado (NM.)
Targets:
2015 TE Devonaire Clarington, Booker T. Washington (Miami, FL.)
2015 LB Cecil Cherry, Victory Christian Academy (FL.) - Tennessee commit
2015 CB Davante Davis, Booker T. Washington (Homestead, FL.)
2015 S Ronnie Harrison, Florida State University School (Tallahassee, FL.) - Alabama commit
2015 ATH DeAndre McNeal, Poteet (Mesquite, TX.)
LB Malik Jefferson had his Ohio State visit cancelled, and it is likely that he will be in Austin with DeAndre McNeal as well. ATH Tim Irvin of Westminster Christian (FL.) has tweeted that he will be in Austin for a visit. Teammate ATH Jordan Cronkrite might tag along.
A name thas hasn't been mentioned much since the summer, is LSU CB commit Xavier Lewis.
He had set up plans to official visit Arkansas and Mississippi State, but plans has changed. He won't visit those two any more, per 24/7.
"I’m not going to take those two,” Lewis said. “I just don’t feel like going through all of that. I might take one to Texas after my season, but the only one I know I’m taking for sure is LSU on Dec. 5.”
Good news is ATH Tim Irvin has confirmed he'll be there.
Hard to believe they were able to get S Ronnie Harrison in for a visit.

I have a friend who is exactly this. He contributes, has season tickets, and keeps up with all th Twitter stuff. So between this board, and ths friend, I can get info. He always liked Texas even as a music major at NT. Personally I have no problem with this.
I got 6.5 years in Austin and 2 degrees. But he is more of a fan than I am. I was more into classes than football. So, I welcome the real fan. Now the guy who picks up the shirt because of the VY championship and then dumps the colors when it suits the cir stances...
LB Jordan Hicks has been announced as a semi-finalist for the Bednarik Award (nation's best defensive player).
Three finalists will be announced right before Thanksgiving.

24/7 saying LB Richard Moore of Cedar Hill will be de-committing from A&M soon.
His crystal ball is trending heavily towards Baylor.
lolwut? Nobody on this team should be up for any award.
Posters on Texags are also mentioning Ole Miss, which it seems might be the favorite for Damarkus Lodge as well. There was also this comment on Texags:
Damn ole miss and these cedar hill kids. Some folks think Gonzales and/or Quincy A. (a former commit who went to ole miss) is bad mouthing the program to them.
I misspoke as it's actually an award for the nation's best defensive player.
There are 20 semi-finalists, so highly unlikely Hicks makes the Top 3.
