Malicious ads on Spurstalk?

I've been having a terrible time with my laptop. I'm constantly running Malwarebytes. Finally seem to have things cleared up but now there's a rundll I haven't been able to fix. I'm an obsessive link clicker on FB so I figure that's where it all comes from.

What antivirus are you using? Malware can't do it all by itself. Also run ccleaner and a good AV program with a deep scan overnight.
