So I was told that the Grizzlies forum is where you can check scores and score crack cocaine.

Okay, here's my idea. It's desperation time. I say we go ahead and play KD. Sure, he's hurt, but the guy can certainly shoot flat footed. Let's do this. We put him on the court (in his walking boot) and let him gently walk around the (opponent side) key--maybe a nice little route from elbow to elbow. He plays no defense at all. He becomes a semi-stationary offensive player that lives on the offensive end (and also lives inside the opposing team's minds).
When the THUNDER are on defense, he stays on station, away from the action, and observes. From his spot, he's available for fast breaks that come his way and can take long passes from rebounders. You say "But, it would be our 4 defenders against their 5 offensive players!" Well, that's a good point, but do you really think they'd leave KD on the court undefended? Nonsense. They'd put a player on him and we'd see 4-on-4 basketball when our opponent has the ball.
When we're on offense, things get interesting. KD's lack of mobility makes him a great picket fence. Any defender crashing into him would almost certainly get a flagrant 1 or 2--crashing into a helpless MVP! KD helps to spread the floor and would still toss in a dozen or more field goals. Okay, you're worried about him? Put him outside the 3-point line. Heck, he'd probably toss in a dozen free throws too.
I propose that we immediately move KD from Small Forward to Stationary Forward.
