January, tbh
7 turnovers
Can't wait until the best PG on the Spurs roster returns, tbh..long wait until February..
Yea he had a pretty terrible game.
He keeps leaving his feet to pass which commentators love to harp on about but at this level of basketball it isn't exactly uncommon.
It usually doesn't matter in the Spurs system - but guys aren't in there usual spots for whatever reason and he keeps throwing the ball to the middle of nowhere![]()
Might as well not play him in the 4th quarter based on these last two games. Manu-Green-Kawhi-Boris-Duncan should close games until TP decides to care.
I made a similar thread..
His turnovers are mostly due to forcing the PnR with Duncan...
It also slows the team down. Tony and Timmy just trying to prove to some 23 year old guy that it is still there team.
he will be back by December
As I said in the other thread, more assists (7) than the Cavs have tonight (6) with 17 seconds to go. Irving has zero. They'll continue going to Lebron iso so probably going to stay that way.
by midseason he'll be better, and by playoffs he'll be regressing again.
Jesus Christ this thread is , lock this Canadian crap
Now that´s an understatement.
Regular season prejaculation thread
why do we call him Enrique again?
my patty will be the saviour tbh
He's declining which is not too surprising considering his playing style. Started last season and it seems to be carrying over into this season. Not too upset about it since this team did well in the playoffs last year with TP playing like crap. We don't need heroball Parker to win games anymore. Still, it would have been nice to see Parker make a comeback after the trainwreck last year and have another 2013 type season. Guess it's not happening.
The glimmer of hope is that his 3-point shot looks much improved, tbh..it would negate some of the aging/miles and could potentially reinvent his game..
Spurs just need him to hold down the fort until Patty returns..
Not sure what you guys are talking about, he definitely looks better physically compared to last year. The issue is rust and decision making which will improve as the season gets further underway. Then again his body could go to as the season wears on as well, so who knows?
The 3 point shooting has definitely been impressive thus far but I'm not sure TP can keep that up over an entire season. If he does, it makes the Spurs very dangerous with all options we have behind the arc. Hopefully, the rest of his game picks up.
Maybe this is the reason why TP doesn't average as many assists as other PGs, because he would have more turnovers per game..
Only 3 games, but Tony's shooting 56% FG, nearly 60% at ATT.
86%! for 3Gs
