The slurs and hate against Xmas's wife - in all forums - were not "acted upon" or "modded" or removed or posters banned or pinked.

The personal info and using of a person's real name by trolls in all forums were allowed. Xmas - gets screwed because he responded to the constant rules violation of his personal family and personal info.

Xmas now cannot post "normally" and has to jump through hoops to even post -

This site is continuing a pattern of condoning unethical behavior (at best) and illegal (racism/ageism,etc) behavior (at worst) and worst of all -

this pattern is condoned when it is their friends - and questionably moderated when it is not their friends.

This pattern has been apparent for years and the only true "system" you have is running to do some "moderating"

when your friends run to you. These same friends have nothing vested in this site and could give two s if any illegalities occur.


If you want to run a cesspool - it is your business. If you want to run a cesspool where only your friends can sling and open it to the public - then be prepared for the public to expect to be treated fairly.

Otherwise - be sure you have enough money - for the inevitable litigation.

As far as your labeling me an idiot while under the authority and representation duty of this site - it merely reveals your favoritism and unprofessionalism. Idiot is not a label that such a person acting in such manner should convincingly apply to anyone else.


If you are unable to effectively do your job - then you should allow someone who is qualified and who is able to do it - otherwise you are placing the site and yourself in a position of liability.
