Pop mad scientist game + the Pelicans playing like it's a le game (Evans and Gordon fluky shots , Holiday looking like an all star).

Not worried here. We still nearly won.

last 6 mins with the 2nd unit played well, ball movement was PO mode like

ugliest spurs game in a while except the last 6 mins, everyone was forcing it particularly kawhi and manu in a couple of possessions, tp well we expect it from him so... and he played pretty well

Hopefully Pop gets rid of that beard. Don't need another 2009 type season.
As a posted earlier responding a question about the last time Spurs had a losing record, it was the 2009 season! Funny coincedence...

IMO CIA Pop move putting Baynes in to see how he'd react. Kid was given a test and he blew it.

How easily could have been 0-5.

The win over Dallas and Atlanta was pretty close.

it's sad that I already know a ty player like Evans or Gordon is going to make a fluke GW, tbh..
If you think Eric Gordon and Tyreke Evans are " ty" basketball players, you obviously need to watch more basketball. Evans has been hitting shots all year so far. Gordon has been in a slump, but he's never been regarded as a bad shooter.

I mean, be a homer and all but Jesus man.

Evans and Gordon were ranked near the bottom in RAPM last year, they're both net negative, inefficient players that hurt their team..

Tyreke Evans is one of the worst perimeter shooters in recent NBA history, he shot 22% from 3 last season..

Eric Gordon hasn't been a good player in 4-5 years..he's soft, doesn't play defense and can't stay on the court..

Sorry to break it to you..

Again, watch more basketball. Evans numbers were skewed from when he had to come off the bench earlier last season. Never mind his first year with a new team racked by injuries. Towards the end of the year his numbers improved greatly. He also worked on his shot last summer and its paying off this year, not just against the Spurs

Gordon also came off injury but overall was solid last year, again, on a team suffering through injuries. Shot 39% from three.

Stats won't give you context. Get league pass and WATCH more basketball. No GM in this league would call Gordon or Evans " ty." Not one.

Gordon isn't really a cancer, he's just a pussy that shouldn't be starting for an NBA team, more of a bench player, tbh..

I agree about Evans, though..perimeter players that can't shoot and like to ISO have been cancer on the court from a historical standpoint..

Gordon couldn't take a without breaking a rib, and he raped them with his last deal... that dude gonna get $15m this year and the next one... they got lucky they landed AD, otherwise Gordon is basically another franchise killer...

Well congrats on your Pelicans win tonight....at least you're happy.
Nawh, I'm a Spurs fan, dummy. It was just obvious that it was going to happen. Very disappointed with the loss, btw.

I know man. You were just being a "Negative Nancy" at the time.

It reminded me of the movie "Major League". The Cleveland Indians come back to take the lead....and one of the Indians fans yells out, "They'll blow it in the 9th."

I don't know what I'm more disappointed with....you calling for the Spurs demise after we took the lead...or the fact that you've never seen the movie "Major League".
