Lattimore is finished

After experiencing knee soreness in two practices last week, Marcus Lattimore was considering whether to continue comeback attempt.
Yeah, if Aldon is out for a significant time, adding no Bowman, then they certainly have a problem. Although they're still the second best team in the division, and not too far off conference wise. They have a DB I like, Tramaine Brock. Not LOB worthy, but still pretty damn good.

At least it wasn't a first round pick, and millions of dollars (Harvin).
Its whatever; at this point we have to hope Bowman and Smith can come back and be factors. If not the season is over. , might be anyway with the way the schedule pans out and how bad Kraep has looked.
It's official, he informed the Niners he's retiring.
Chris Borland
Regarded as a three-star recruit by Rivals.com, he was ranked the No. 55 linebacker nationally. He chose Wisconsin over scholarship offers from Iowa and Louisville. (2 * recruit by Scout)

NFL: 13th pick of the 3rd round
5-4
@ Giants - W
vs Redskins - W
vs Seahawks
@ Raiders - W
@ Seahawks
vs Chargers
vs Cardinals
8-4 with 4 tough games
They go 1-1 with the Seahawks, beat the Cards, and the Charger game is up in the air (if they get the Chargers of the past few weeks it could prove to be their easiest game).
Next week, with Bowman the week after.

Borland the rest of the way
That's unfortunate, I actually like Willis, and that's coming from a prime rival. That defense has been stout regardless, only surrendering above 21 points twice this season. With teams scoring above 17 just three times.

God damnit. At least Smith and Bowman will be back soon, and it helps Borland looks promising.
Not easy to win back to back on the road. The Giants at home coming off a loss won't be easy.
Losing Willis really sucks, but I know Borland is gonna step up. He was one of my all time favorite Badgers (along with Watt, R. Wilson and Melvin Gordon) and the silver lining is that he is going to gain a lot of expierence. I really think he will be a future star, but I do have a Badger bias.
Can't wait to see Aldon and, hopefully, Bowman back!
My favorite American footballers of all time. Steve Young & Justin Smith

smith has been great for a while but he was a monster during that 2011-2012 season
Just wanted to give love to the giest fan base in ST
SF
Ya mean that 5 time SB champ Niners?
Sorry Avante, you're my boy and all, but I don't consider you a true 9ers fan... I've never met a San Fran fan that gets a hard one on for a division rival... I've never met any fan that pulls for a divisional rival lol.
I'm referring to hehateme, and Rudy Gay (robz)
Roids must have finally caught up with him. This clown entered the league as a speedy pass-rushing OLB/DE and became a dominant interior lineman![]()
I own a half dozen Niner ball caps. A Niner clock. A gigantic binder of Niner football cards, page one....

Joe "The Jet" Perry
Hugh "The King" McElhenny
Abe Woodson
JD Smith
RC Owens
Leo "The Lion" Nomellini
Bob St.Clair
Billy Wilson
Now add Niner sweat shirts, candle holders, incense holders and other...stuff. Yep, a life long Niner fan/freak. I could teach Niner history starting at day one. Not a Niner I'm not aware of.
So you're wrong about that.
I just keep it real, not silly about it.
Either way I'm not sad to see him go. If he does retire
