A former NFL cheerleader has been indicted in Delaware for allegedly raping a 15-year-old boy she spotted on Instagram.
According to officials, 47-year-old Molly Shattuck -- who cheered for the Baltimore Ravens back in 2005 -- was charged with 2 counts of 3rd degree rape over an incident that allegedly went down back in September.
Officials say Shattuck began seducing the boy back in May after she saw his picture on Instagram -- and first got physical with him in the back seat of her car in a middle school parking lot ... with kissing and touching.

^^ Ok, Sport Illustrated was going to show how even a mom with 3 kids can still be fit enough to be an NFL cheerleader.
Sports Illustrated ended up not putting the picture in the actual calendar, but they did the shoot with the kids and mom in their swimsuit.

Ex-Ravens cheerleader charged with rape makes no plea deal
After the case review, courthouse staff afforded Shattuck a courtesy they only rarely extend to victims and witnesses during trials, much less defendants. Two police officers unlocked a rear door, marked as a juror's entrance only, and let her leave, avoiding a dozen reporters and photographers from Delaware, Baltimore and Washington, D.C. who were waiting for her to leave by the front door, the only one available to the public.
Maurer had spent several minutes talking to officers stationed at the rear door before Shattuck used that exit.
"That would be me, and there's no comment," said a Delaware Capitol Police officer who identified himself as Lieut. Helsel when asked which courthouse employee gave Shattuck permission to use the rear door.
Lieut. Helsel went on to describe a blow job he received from the defendant as "very satisfactory".
Next court date is March.

Punish both parties. I guarantee you, a majority of this ends within a year if we start punishing the innocent teenagers. I swear, this country is so ing stupid sometimes.
Plead guilty in plea deal. Length of term not yet disclosed. Pretty sure it's gonna be very light.
A little surprised she couldn't buy her way completely out of this one. But maybe ex hubby said he's not paying.

The family of the 15-year-old victim told the judge that Shattuck's actions have been "devastating" for their son, the station reported.
Can you imagine the coaching this kid and his parents are getting from sleaseball lawyer going after billionaires pocketbook?

I saw a guy get the same kind of sentence for marijuana. I was waiting for traffic court and got to hear his case...Every other weekend in jail for 48 months is the sentence.
And he was a nobody...certainly not a billionaire. The judge basically said that he didn't want the guy to lose his job over it.
BTW...I'm not comparing this scenario to a possession of marijuana charge. I'm just saying that I've seen the "every other weekend" in jail sentence before.
