Tiago's effect on defense is so obvious that a blind man could see it.
His ability to be 5 man who can pass and finish on the move is really missed on offense.
We definitely want to get him healthy for the playoffs because we will need him to repeat.

Exactly. We will make the playoffs without him, and we're not winning there without him. So need to get him fully healthy, if that's ever possible with him, before he sees minutes.

I don't get this part. Some people say Tiago is good-looking. But others say he is "the ugliest player in the NBA." Which is it, really?
Tiago has great legs movement. It is clutch to move your feet, rather than jump high.
Splitter being a drama queen and taking way more time than necessary to come back per par...
He's the Mick Jagger of the NBA.

Tiago is not the most important player by any means.
While there are not many good defensive centers there are a few and some better than Tiago.
On the other end it will be harder for a team to find a player like Duncan, Diaw, Ginobili, Parker or Leonard. Very rare and exquisit two way players.
When Tiago knows how not to be blocked by a 5 foot tall guy and finish hard at the rim we may have this conversation again.
For me Tiago is Nesterovic v 2014. And do i have to tell you which player we used to replace Nesterovic?
Another player Tiago is similar too is Oberto.
