Spurs are 4-3, just beat the Clips and dubs back to back, and are missing Beli, Patty and Tiago. Plus, Kawhi's out of rhythm. If you call that peaking, then I'm afraid you've set the bar too low.

Best player is a PG = virtually no chance to win a championship
Their 2nd option is a career playoff choker, their coach is a rookie, their 3rd guy is David Lee(), and their entire defense rests on Bogut, who is always a major risk to miss the playoffs..
