I had to pick 2 of K Allen, Crabtree, Wayne, and Fitz
fantasypros had them ranked consecutively 26-29![]()
He hasn't been good in fantasy. But he does not suck at football.
I benched Sammy Watkins in favor of him this week. If he doesn't have a good game he's riding the pine the rest of the year. He typically owns KC.
Was offered Steven Jackson for Cordarelle Patterson. receptions are worth 0.25 points. Each player only has a slight chance to play flex for me. What do you think?
Patterson has been a huge let down this season. Dew it.
Who should I play this week? Keenan Allen or Sammy Watkins?
i just traded keenan allen straight up for josh gordon in another league... having Hilton, Sanders, Michael Floyd, and Eric Decker all as better options i figured its worth it to wait for gordon
definitely worth it. You will need a better fantasy reciever like Gordon for the Playoffs.
Steven Jackson hasn't exactly been a stud either. Patterson has scored more.
I'd go Watkins.
just looking for some roster management advice for my non-ST league...
barring divine intervention, i'll win this week and improve to 7-2, alone at first place
i'm set with my QB/TE situation so i'm not looking to tinker with those at all, but i'm looking to make moves elsewhere since i have some unnecessary depth at WR, which often times is also the hardest position to sell
at WR i have:
1) T.Y. Hilton
2) Emmanuel Sanders
3) Mike Evans
4) Eric Decker
5) Josh Gordon*
6) Michael Floyd
in all likelihood i'm about to drop michael floyd, and at this point he doesn't have more value than standard waiver wire receivers. With Gordon coming back in a few weeks (and since i'm in first place with a little cushion, i can afford to wait it out), I want to clear some of that depth out for improvement
at RB i have...
1) Marshawn Lynch
2) Fred Jackson (hurt, probably out another 2 weeks, should be back by fantasy playoffs)
3) Bryce Brown - just a jackson handcuff/replacement, no real trade value at this time
4) Steven Jackson - basically a TD dependent boom or bust emergency RB, but at least somebody i know will get touches
5) Jonathan Stewart - literally just signed him this week because RB's 2-4 were all on bye
Montee Ball ed me hard at RB...
The obvious move here would be to try to flip some WR's for a legit RB2. Decker and Evans have actually been really consistent producers for the past 5-6 weeks and i'd be comfortable with them at the Flex if need be. that being said, would it make sense to deal one of Hilton/Sanders at this point and try to get a really good RB?
any suggestions given these players would be great
if no movement is made, i'd ride out F-Jax at RB2 come playoff time, and he was a really productive guy before going down, but i don't want to necessarily rely on that when i have tools to make upgrades
who to play as RB2 this week...
in my non-ST league i'm sitting on Fred Jackson, but he's banged up.
possible plays are Steven Jackson (has had a couple of good weeks, easy matchup this week), Bryce Brown (assuming Jackson is declared out... but he plays tonight), Montee Ball, Alfred Blue (Foster is a game-time decision.... so of course this is only assuming he is inactive. its one of the morning games on sunday)
You should try and flip Mike Evans or Decker plus Jackson (whos played better lately ) to a team that needs a WR upgrade. If you can get a better RB (McCoy maybe if the owner is frustrated, Bradshaw, Alfred Morris, ect) it's worth it.
i'd go steven jackson.
that's where i'm leaning too. i'm hoping F-Jax will be 100% by next week... they'll have a long layoff after a thursday game
"You're my boy, Blue! You're my boy."
But I would go with Jackson.
At WR I have
emmanuel sanders
ty hilton
josh gordon
mike evans
at RB I have
lynch
fred jackson
bryce brown
alfred blue
steven jackson
latavius murray
im being offered foster for sanders and Fred jackson. I'm in first place with a cushion and all but a lock for a bye and am playing the last place guy this week
is this a slam dunk?
Probably. And then try to find a wr on waivers just in case.
WHich 3 wr's should i play?
Demaryius Thomas vs Miami
Brandon Marshall vs TB
Dez Bryant @ NYG
Mike Evans @ CHI
Josh Gordon @ ATL
And would you play Denard Robinson or Sproles over Mccoy? Return yards count for Sproles.
In another league should I switch in Gordon or Hilton in one of my 4 spots?
Calvin Johnson @ NE
Randal Cobb @ Min (no-brainer play to me)
Mike Evans @ CHI (also no brainer for now)
AJ Green @ HOU
Gordon is @ Atl and Hilton is vs Jax.
damn and i thought i had been stacked at receiver
i would bench Gordon if i had to choose, just because there's more uncertainty. first week back, they're a different offense than last year. Evans has been beasting, but i'd still trust marshall/bryant/thomas
im not familiar with return yard leagues, i dno have much of an impact that has on a weekly basis. my gut still says go with mccoy
trade some receivers![]()
pulled the trigger... couldn't turn down the opportunity of having Lynch/Foster together, especially since i already own alfred blue.
if Gordon plays well i dont even lose any production from my receiving group
Start AJ, he's healthy and the game isn't on prime time
