Bulls- are capable now as long as rose stays healthy and continue playing in the ty east.
Thunder-as long as they are in chokela ty, never, unless they go back to seattle and change their name to the sonics.
Warriors-2-3 years
Lakers-As long as the higher ups continue to be monkeys, not in a long time.
