I majored in Civil Engineering (BTW...one of the hardest degrees to acquire from Miss. St.) and minored in Mathematics. Also, Miss. St. has one of the top Civil Engineering programs in the country. I passed the FE Exam...and am currently studying to take the PE Exam. I'm certified to be a Structural, Construction, Environmental, Water Resources, and Transportation Engineer....what do you have?

Once again....making up . Want to work some Calculus, Differential Equations, or Linear Algebra problems? Do you even know what I'm talking about? Or did your math classes stop at Geometry or Trigonometry? I'm more qualified to teach Mathematics than your last Math Professor.....

Then, you can read my posts and see me predicting that Miss St. would be in the top 4 unjustifiably. Today simply proved my point, that the SEC is treated with kid-gloves and there is a double-standard with the playoff committee. Last week it was "TCU is rated ahead of Baylor because of top-25 wins" and this week it is "ummmm I don't know but Miss St. must have some big wins cuz Argy LSU blahhhhaaaaaa".

So yeah, I'm consistent. You're just throwing on a wall to see what sticks.

No, "eye-test" is subjective.

"Number of top-25 wins" is objective.

The committee clearly stated last week, when defining the most important characteristics of their ranking system, that the number of top-25 wins was paramount. Yet this week, TCU has 3, Miss St has 1, yet that is not reflected in the rankings.

If the committee chose to include 4-loss teams Argy and LSU in the top-25, then you have a "SOS" argument. But they didn't.

It's hypocrisy at the highest level.
