I live in Toronto, it's a little better than MTL, but it's pretty similar..

I lived in Ottawa for a few years, it's virtually the same weather as Quebec, horrible..

I feel better when I hear the weather in places like Winnepeg, though, I heard it was -50 there last New Year's Eve..

I've lived most of my life in NY, which is just a little better than Toronto, so ya, hopefully one day I'll end up living in a ing nice climate..
