Sleeping issues

Any Docs in here can help me out? These past few weeks I'm finding myself drowned in thoughts before I go to bed, and then I look at my alarm clock and it says 2-3 hours have passed, even though it felt like only 10-15 minutes and I'm not sure if I'd unknowingly dozed off. However I don't feel any fatigue or drowsiness that I normally get when I wake up after only 2-3 hours of sleep. Haven't been taking any meds as of late.

I've been dealing with insomnia issues since undergraduate years. I had 3 times since last year where I stayed up the entire nights, once for Scarlett (in May last year) and twice for Lunar Goddess (July this year). I just kept thinking of them while I'm lying in bed, no matter how hard I tried to fall asleep. I think the harder you try the stronger it fights against your sleepiness, but you just couldn't find a way out when you're embroiled in such issues. I have total sympathy for you bro.
