Good idea, tbh, not sure if they'll take it, though..are they accepted widely, just like a regular Visa, only difference being the prepay part? Because I have Visa Debit, and most American websites don't accept it, tbh..

nothing there is illegal, i dont think those numbers actually work. they're more for developers to test their websites that accept credit cards, or if you want to register for some online service that asks for a CC# even if you arent agreeing to pay. its akin to those randomly generated email addresses you can use when a website requires one to register
