The real issue is learning to positively manage your anger so you can be heard. It’s not that they are “s bags”, their emotions won’t allow them to rationally think through their anger.

The letter needed to be written as a standing reminder / rebuttal to Barkleys incredible ignorance. Kenny did good and its the only way to reach someone as slow as Charles as it gives him time to read it at least 10 times before he finally gets it.
