    A bowl picture more confusing than ever hasn’t gained much clarity this week, but Texas still looks to be a good bet for the AdvoCare V100 Texas Bowl against either LSU or Arkansas.

    Multiple bowl officials told the American-Statesman they expect one Texas team — but not two — to land in the Dec. 29, Houston-based bowl. So don’t expect Texas vs. Texas A&M. The Aggies are more likely bound for Shreveport, La., or Nashville.
