It's called the Avery Johnson syndrome... you feel you can just form chemistry and don't consider that other 1st year coaches who have inherited playoff caliber teams (Mark Jackson, Steve Kerr, Avery Johnson, Jason Kidd, Blatt, Mike Budenholzer...) didn't actually build anything. Fisher, Odom, Phil, Kobe, all renowned quitters. It's no secret that they cannot build team chemistry.

That roster is extremely bad, they are one of the least talented teams in the league..there aren't any coaches that could do anything with them, including Pop..
