Convicted Sexual Predator Wins $3 Million Lottery
A Florida man who pleaded guilty to attempted sexual battery of a 9-year-old boy just struck it rich.
Timothy Dale Poole won $3 million on a state lottery scratch-off ticket he purchased at a Mount Dora 7-Eleven store Saturday night, WKMG-TV in Orlando reported.
“He was flabbergasted. He couldn’t believe it,” said Floyd Snyder, a friend who was with Poole when he hit the jackpot. “It was quite a remarkable thing. My heart is still beating.”

Dude has had a turrble year, should retire with all that cash and no schtick
There is always 2 sides to every story...but, we only hear one side on situations like this.
What part of pleading guilty do you not understand?
The other side of the story.
In another universe where he plead not guilty?
Just the other side of the story.
should be able to own his own chuckbox now, tbh... but they'll never let him
You can damn well bet "they'll" be burning the midnite oil trying to get that $ away from him. The first thing I'd a done upon seeing that winning number is shut my in' mouth, walk out to the car, go home and strike a deal with mother or father. Now? I'd lawyer up, NOW.
He shoulda lawyered up from the get go. IIRC, a lot of these lottos include language that you have to participate in their marketing brouhaha if you win and are requested to do so, or you won't get paid. I'm just wondering if the lotto company thought this is the kind of marketing they were looking for.
It could mean the evidence doesn't look good so he took a plea deal.
Pretty sure the dude is going to lose a chunk of that money to a lawsuit (& legal fees). The Lawyers as always will look for a payday.
But drunk athletes / celebs can literally kill people while driving and continue to he beloved and make millions with no shame.
He was seduced. 9 year olds can be tricky little bas s.
Dale dropping rare truth bombs. Solid takes
I'd have to hear the other side before I'd side the one.
That's because "we" let 'em.
Now he can buy as many little boys as he wants![]()
Just like you waited to hear Duncan's side of his story before you lodged your judgement?
You are such full of . You only apply the compass when it suits your needs.
