Agreed with OP's list.
The ball movement is so much better without Tony. Mills has the potential to jump up though, he is a scoring machine and his energy is contagious, could easily be 6th man of the year. I don't believe he's peaked yet either, 26 years old, not much NBA experience actually playing aside of last year. This skinny version of him is new, and he's still learning how to play with his new body/skills, he should definitely get better.
