It's going to a be a rumble in the jungle
Wouldn't surprise me if it's another "Fitz will play" smokescreen.
Fingers crossed.
It's going to a be a rumble in the jungle
When has any of these Cards played in a big playoff caliber type game, yep...they haven't. What current team is coming off a season where they excelled in playoff caliber games?
Barring injuries/bad calls/turnovers this has a Seahawk win written all over it.
Wonder what's going through Lindley's mind this week...
Well, he has Arians in his ear selling him on how great he's going to be, and to not worry about taking your shots downfield etc. Then, he's watching tape and seeing the speed of the defense he's going to face. He's a little scared, so it'll likely be vital for him and the Cardinals as a whole to get out in front early so the pressure valve comes down a notch or two. Sunday night game, everyone will be watching, it'll be imperative to get going at least in a non turnover capacity. He's likely tentatively optimistic, but not confused as to what he's heading into. He's taking that offensive line out to dinner numerous this week though that's for sure![]()
We can't let up. The goal is right in front of us. I know last year in this spot we played down to them at home. This year must be different and I think we'll be prepared for it. No mistake--the plucky Cards are going to be a tough out. But we'll see how this goes down!
If we don't turn the ball over we have a real shot. Their defense/special teams is dangerous. At any given moment, at any given time they could drastically change to complexion of the game. We have to convert in the redzone this game. While FGs are great, and obviously their defense is a monster, we'll need to punch at least one in this Sunday. We likely won't get many opportunities, especially with how our O-Line matches up against their D-Line.
Yo Spur-Addict KJ Wright re-upped for 4 mo years! Probably means Smitty is gone![]()
"If" "we have a (((real shot)))." It's their 3rd string in' QB!!!!!!
Jesus H. Christ, I find you over here wringin' your in' hands over this.
me.
I think I mentioned K.J's importance a while back, we just couldn't afford to lose him as far as his skill set is concerned. He can fill so many gaps, do so many things, although exceptional isn't in his wheelhouse. Unless you consider variety exceptional, and that's why I think we can't lose him![]()
sorry Seahawk fan, guy just couldn't help himself.
He is the glue. Leads the LBs in tackles with 96 and is on pace for 110...dude is the unheralded defender...
Definitely need Bobby back though that's for sure. Can't have one without the other.
Re-upped Cliff Avril today...making Wags and Wilson the offseason priority I surmise.
Make em' say Uhhhhhhhhh, na-na na-na![]()
No Unger, no Okung. Our O-Line has to hold it down The Gemini Method![]()
Definitely had the benefit of no season ending injuries in the utmost key positions (aside from losing Zach Miller and Mebane). We've had some injuries early on that have subsided. Although it seems our O-line is perpetually injured, two pro bowlers out there. But the O-line, they've played above what I expected tonight tbh. You guys got the short end of the stick this year, but you'll be in the playoffs where pretty much anything can happen. Arians will probably get COTY. Good game
Don't up next week. Cards winning in SF, no doubt.
I've definitely had a few too many. I won't say congrats until next week. Mother er... Wilson is a slippery ing asshole. I've got like a Wes Mantooth Hate/Respect conundrum things raging inside me.
Rams are no joke, that's for sure. We've already lost to them this year. Hopefully we buckle down and really get after it.
Simon would go down as we're having a conversation about this . Can't afford to have Marcus Burley getting major snaps again.
Wow. Almost 600 yards on the road. Spur-Addict...without unger and okung! Why not us?
Rams got their asses kicked at home by the Giants today. They have no chance at Seattle.
Rams have given Seattle fits for the past 2 seasons, won't be a gimme
