but back to the topic. i think there are some problems with how san antonio and maybe the state of texas handles child abuse cases. maybe some stiffer penalties and an overhaul of the foster care system is needed.

Both of those are easier said than done. I worked at a foster care agency almost 5 years ago. We talked about "oh my god the changes that are going to happen...' It's 2015 and there haven't been any changes made. Laws have to be passed by the legislature and they spend more time ing about the roads than kids. Don't expect any changes any time soon.

abused kids need to setup their own "social welfare" PAC so they can buy enough politicians to protect the kids.
