Manu has been terrible in key situations, but he's being forced to play PG and without proper spacing, too..
That's what happens when you have Cory Joseph on the floor..can't shoot, can't pass, doesn't space the floor..
manu is good for 20-25 mins a game. pushing him past that and you're asking for trouble.
lol @ making a big deal about 1 extra home game in a series. A game in which most series dont even go to. HCA is better than not having it but it's not like the whole series goes on the road. People here make waaaaay too big a deal about it, it's like no ones seen the Spurs lose home games in the playoffs and win road games in the playoffs with commonality

This is my biggest beef with Manu. He gets leeway that nobody else on the team gets, not even Tim or Tony. It's like Pop just gave up on EVER coaching Manu.
of course, that's what I was saying. Once we get our guys back, he'll probably go back to less usage. Until then, we're just going to have to deal with it.

im not sure about throwing parties for people for regular season ball, but it does seem manu has reverted back 2012-13 manu, 1 good game for every 5 bad ones. But I do think if he's shutdown for 2-4 weeks he'll give us better play. Add Tony Parker to the list of "finished" Spurs. He's been an average point guard for two seasons and will hopefully be benched once Patty returns.
