Because not since Kareem have we seen a big man play this well into his twilight years.
You of all people should understand.
What would the 9 tailed dragon do here?

He's having a huge season, so far, going unnoticed by the national media and casual fan, as usual..
Pretty crazy when you look at the other players in the league that are around his age..
He should consider himself lucky imho
WTF man! Are you a troll? Duncan freaking rocked tonight 32 10 with 4 blocks.
Yet another great game.
good god luva just begging in this thread, somebody drop this some change pls
That's what I was implying.![]()
He's a Lakers fan.
Are you crazy... or just stupid. At this point of his career Kareem was still dominating with over 36,000 points. Jim is barely over 25k.
You already know the deal.
Just amazing. I heavily criticized him for missing those 10 FTs the other night, one of the rare times I've called out Duncan, and it was awesome to see him shoot a clutch 8/9 in a close game. His ability to respond after a up is second to none.
Ginobili also had a poor FT shooting game vs. Memphis. And, predictably, followed it up with a 1-3 effort from the line tonight. It really makes you appreciate Duncan's consistency.
He DEFINITELY made up for last night. I couldn't take my eyes off of him during the whole game.![]()
Duncan is just so good that people ignore him and worship the other two flashy chokers
You know, I may have seen you in a movie. Were you the cross-dresser in "Dallas Buyer Club?" Weird flick.
Answer my question and at least pretend that you got a pair. Mavie fan or Laker fan?
Pop has had to lean too much on Manu so far this year. We need Mills to come back ASAP. The wear and tear so far has been too much.
Kareem had the benefit of playing with one of the greatest point guards of all-time to feed him easy buckets. Not to mention he only played one side of the floor and never had to anchor the team's D.
Meanwhile, Duncan has to play with Cory Joseph![]()
Was fun to watch him turn back the clock and dominate Aldridge.
Relax man, we still are at the begining of the season. Right now playing without Mills Leo and TP so I would not be so worried
Hail the Goat! Unreal fabulous performance tonight!
I think he's old enough to know that while these losses are annoying, they're not season ending. I bet that everyone feels like for wasting back-to-back great performances from their HOF oldest player.
The bright side? Tim has shown that when the playoffs come around, he's still a beast. I hope he doesn't have to go all out again anytime soon. Our GOAT needs rest.
the two best (MJ and Big O)
