I agree with Luva this dude is a loser but he's gonna play well in Houston just might take them over the top if he does...the Rickets got 2 solid pickups in Brewer and now Smith. .it surely can't hurt...at this point I'm all for teams getting better at the expense of the Spurs.....

    Tammy 5 that's it and that's all
As long as Kirby doesn't ring

A healthy Jones would have been a great piece for Phoenix, but Motiejunas has never looked like anything special when I have watched him other than the Nike Hoop Summit when he HS age. The stats don't really tell any different story.
D-mo got a lot better this year. Somehow developed an elite post game when they try to use it.

He is someone who they want. But obviously must include picks, along with fillers.
    They don't want him herePERIOD

Tell me why Phoenix hands you a borderline all star point guard for a bench player. I mean does Houston have anyone else's first rounder they can dangle? Do they have a trade exception to allow them to take a contract off Phoenix's hands too?
I did say included, meaning a package deal for Dragic, not just Dmo straight up. Pelicans pick is fixing to be huge closer to end of the season when they are no longer in contention for the playoffs and they pack it in.

agree, the combo and DH and Josh would be a crappy pair at the offensive end because they have little to none shooting range, but their interior D would be horrendous to any opposing team, the toughest since Ben/Sheed imho.

Yeah, with the New Orleans pick that sounds way more reasonable. I mean no way New Orleans is holding OKC off for long unless Durant reinjures his foot and is out the year. And even then I'm not sure I'd count Westbrook out.

    Perfect fit for Houston, IMO.

Mainly because they can move Dontes to the bench which should give Houston's bench some punching power.

Dmo >>> Jones now. The guy probably has the best post moves outside of Davis in the league. You're absolutely right about before though, nothing special...but these last 12 some odd games its clicked for him. Part of that can be credited to them playing to his strengths, posting up instead of forcing him to be a stretch 4. His transformation has been nothing short of amazing.

He would play more like he did in Atlanta than Detroit. Would have much less chuck opportunities in Houston though, which is great.
ya. he would just stop chucking as soon as he got there. good point.

please don't sign this fool. He'll take time away from Dmo and is a big negative on offense.

Great pickup for the Lolckets. They need someone to spread the floor and he's it; he'll also take some of the strain off Harden and help jack up 3s. His inability to play defense anymore will also be a huge plus. Det 2nd round seed is all but locked up now.
