Bron has a long way to go in his career. He's not even 30 yet. I would put LeBron somewhere in the 5-7 range right now, but gaining pretty rapidly.

Duncan is, for me, at least in the Top 5. If he plays as well the rest of this season, I could see him potentially moving up to #3 all-time, especially if he gets #6. Behind only Kareem and MJ.

No one has been this kind of impact defender in the NBA for this long except for Russell, and we all know how stacked those Celtic teams were.
With how TDs doing and his 2-1* finals record against Bron I couldnt put Bron above him in GOAT lists unless he does some magical runs

Yeah, he's got a way to go, but not many players are in the top 10 all-time before they turn 30.

    Top 5 all time IMHO.
If not he is VERY close, VERY close. He is definitely down towards that 5 spot though in the top ten.

Tim Duncan is a once in a lifetime player. People still underestimate what he means to the Spurs. I think once he retires, we will really see his value. I am dreading the day when I turn on the TV to see the Silver and Black with out number 21 in the lineup.

    He is the MAN!

1.) LeBron turns 30 next Tuesday.

2.) Bill Russell played 13 years (1956-1969), and this is Tim Duncan's 18th year. So you were right the first time.......Nobody has ever been this kind of impact defender for this long. No player in NBA history age 38 or older has ever averaged at least 10 rebounds or 2 blocks per game. TD is doing both so far this year with 11 rebounds and 2.3 blocks per game.

A lot of grown men will start crying the day that happens.
