Didn't like the loss of course but I still believe The Spurs will be there competing and winning in the playoffs.
too bad, parker and timmy played like tosbs and the D was not there at all. Cojo was our best player, splitter was somehow cool and bonner made shots but the rest was bad.

Lillard, Ellis, and Westbrook have all had dominating performances against the Spurs recently, and Paul had a great game as well. I'm noticing a trend.

I still have faith in the Spurs, but I'm afraid they fail to realize the importance of their remaining games. They can't be throwing any more games, they've lost too many as it is.

They're a jump shooting team + Westbrook and shot 40 free throws in our building. No excuse to lose to them, but it makes it hard for our guys to play well.Blaming refs isnt pussy?

The refs were ty no doubt, but that pathetic effort on the defensive end and the glass did not help the Spurs either.
When teams consistently hit "Fluky" shots against us like they've been doing, it ceases to be fluky and it becomes an area of concern.

Great post! We could barely touch those es & instant free throws! They can hack & grab & no calls for the Spurs! Hard to play against 8! Thunderefs to the rescue!
Maybe we should learn to grab a rebound. I would be willing to bet that a lot of those free throws came on second chance opportunities where if our guys had cleaned up the glass, there wouldn't have been an opportunity for a foul to happen. They crashed the offensive glass hard tonight. We should have responded by crashing defensive boards even harder and getting out in transition for easy points. We weren't able to do that so they kept up with the strategy and owned us. Add that their 3 point shooters were hitting and it's a wonder the game was even close.
Durant wasn't playing either. The Spurs made Steven ing Adams look like the second coming of Wilt Chamberlain out there
Cojo did a good job. Good effort and energy. Got under westbricks skin which is always good with a mental midget like russ.

Spurs look average. But I know they will turn it around and still be there late in the season
They've looked like they wanted these games, tbh. It's hard to win without your best player and your PG that can light it up fast.
