I didn't rank Minnesota 25th, the committee did. And I complained about it if you know how to read a thread in sequence.

And Oklahoma > Bama until they meet again. Freshman QB shredded their "defense" for 45pts in a BCS game and Okie returned 23/24 starters.

I have already expressed my distaste for .500 teams making a bowl.

But if we have to be in one this is a test for Strong. Arkansas QB is as bad as ours but they can run the ball. Arky has a huge offensive line so Dline and LB will get a test. And we can see if our safeties can make a tackle. Their D got better but is not overwhelming so we have a smidgen of a chance to move the ball.

But ESPN puts Arky at 72%, so exact science says we are in trouble. Let's see if Strong can get kids up for bowl games they don't deserve.

I am really hoping to see Texas open up the book and take some down field shots. Just don't see us lining up and being able to run it against their d-line without opening it up with the passing game first.
Really need to get both Daje and Foreman as many touches as we can and I also think Swoopes should have 10+ design runs/zone keepers.

I also thought we would have a decent offensive gameplan for TCU coming off a bye week but we all saw how that turned out. I just hope we just don't keep trying to run it against a fully loaded box and never getting a first down.

Brandon Allen isn't great but he's better than swoopes. Arky secondary is suspect so if swoopes can make some throws they will have a chance; if he can't make throws they won't have a shot. Arky will pound you until you break and if the defense is out there too long and arky is playing with no pressure on them they will pound you to death until the play action opens up.
