How devastating would that be?? Would that pretty much be the end of Tony?? Would Dez leave?? I'm sure the coach won't be going anywhere regardless.

The Cowboys played a sissy schedule. They only faced three playoff teams. Lost to Arizona, beat a disinterested Colts team and did have that Seattle win. The Lions have faced the Packers twice, the Pats, the Cards and the Panthers early on.

Last year they beat Dallas in Dallas 31-30. In 2011 they beat Dallas 34-30 in Dallas. So they know how to play in Dallas.

The Lions gave up 282 points in 2014, the Cowboys...352.

There is reason for Dallas fans to be concerned.

    Yep, read it wrong.

The thing is the Lions have held their own vs Dallas.

    2013 won 31-30
    2012 didn't play
    2011 won 34-30

It's going to come down to who has the better defense IMO

Cowboys have better wins than the lions.
    Lions have no notable wins
Stafford has never beaten a team with a winning record on the road.

The cowboys play a different brand of ball from last year. They're more hungry and have a lot of heart. Also helps the defense isn't the worst in NFL history anymore.

Plenty here in these parts root for the Cowboys..the expectations for that team were another 8-8 season..many fans I've talked to and lurking forums, think the team is playing with house money..anything after this is gravy for them..Dallas is a scary team once that offense gets rolling..

Run the ball, run the ball, that is the key.

Those great Cowboy teams from back in the day had Tony Dorsett/Emmitt Smith, now they have Demarco Murray. So many great things happen if you can run the ball.

third and short, which has a D guessing
    giving your D a blow
    protecting a lead
    wearing down a D
    protecting your QB

The Cowboys can now run the ball....again. Now add Tony Romo who leads the league with his QBR ranking.

    Just sayin'

Murray reminds me a lot of Chris Warren, he has that same glide.

I understand the point of view of "House Money". But these opportunities just don't come around often. There is no house money, unless we're talking about a team like Carolina who shouldn't even be in the playoffs (Much like the year of Beast-Quake).

This Dallas team is rolling, and they haven't looked like this in ages. That O-Line just flat out controls games. They should at least win one game IMO. No wins is a fail to me.

Doesn't matter if they win or lose. Haters will hate. Unless the boys win the championship haters will call them chokers/failure and all that mess. It's been a great season. Anything more is gravy.

Losing to the Lions after a season like this would be devastating--especially after a 4-0 December that has the whole world thinking Romo and the Boys have finally overcome their demons.
