in theory it could benefit either party. but you will never see a prenup that benefits the side without the money. that defeats the entire purpose of the prenup
Perhaps this one was set up that in knowledge that 50-50 was not the mandate to protect Amy. After all she filed first. Why would she file at all if it was going to be a financial detriment?
