Doesnt make any sense ... usually in traded picks you say the pick was traded or surrendered ..
If the pick stays it's the Lakers shouldn't you say it "goes to Arizona"?!
We traded the pick but it only goes if it's outside the top 5. Semantics I know, but when you try to be clever you should at least be right.
And if you are mocking Cully at least be accurate.

The January schedule says otherwise. My only concern is if Scott's "soft" speech has the same effect as Kobe's but I doubt it. We play Orlando who is sitting in the 5th tank position I fear we may lose that game but we still have a two game lead on the 4th spot. I hope the demoralized looks we saw last night was more of resignation versus resolve to do better we shall see Friday night.

please... The draft lottery is a crapshoot, and the actual draft is even MORE of a crapshoot. You simply cannot rely on the draft to get good anymore. You actually need good management. And that doesn't bode well for the Lakers.

Y'all must got me confused ... I agree the draft is absolutely a crap shoot. Randle and Jabari are both out for the year same with Embiid. Wiggins looks good but not ADavis good. THE PG from OK state that the Celts drafted doesnt appear to have a a much higher cieling than Avery Bradley ...please... I dont think Okafor is Tim duncan re-incarnate or Mudiay Westbrook 2.0. But when you are at the bottom like the Lakers you need talent, assets and some luck. The draft can get you some of both if you are lucky. I think allowing the team to bottom out and clear cap-space whether we were being smart or just lucky Melo and Dwight left is where we need to be.
You Johnny come lately from upstairs just dont realize that CN and myself have been going back and forth on THE PICK ... CN, wants us to lose it because it will make this ty season pointless and the LOL will be endless.
I just want a tradeable asset or a young player to watch develop. I have no delusions of grandeur even if we get Okafor. I dont think he will be as good as ADavis, but we shall see.
